Card details will be taken safely at the time of booking. No payment will be taken.
Cancellation within 24hrs or not showing up for an appointment will automatically charge 50% of the appointment value.
If it has been over 3 weeks since your last lash appointment please book a fresh full set.
All new clients must have a patch test at least 24 hours before any extensions, tinting or lash lift treatment.
We do not usually infill other lash technicians work. Please book a removal and a full set or see us first.
Please turn up for your appointment on time. We are often fully booked and cannot always extend your allotted time. If you are more than 20 mins late you will be asked to reschedule and be charged a no show fee of 50%.
