In the case of late cancellation or no show, the details may be used to charge a cancellation fee. We do not have access to these details.

You can make an appointment online for a patch test or, if you prefer, you can just send us a message to let us know when you’d like to come in and we can just check that someone will be available. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Waxing
What sort of wax do you use?
We have both strip and hot wax in the salon. Generally, we will use strip wax for finer hair or larger areas like legs, arms and men’s back/chest. We will usually use this wax for basic bikini waxes too unless specified otherwise. Hot wax is used for thicker hair and for intimate areas during Hollywood or Brazilian waxes.
How long does my hair need to be for a wax?
Hair should be at least the size of a grain of rice. Any shorter and the wax may not grip properly and the hair may not come out, leaving poor result. We recommend leaving shaved hair at least 2 weeks to grow before having your waxing treatment for it to be the proper length. For best results, leave hair to grow for 4 weeks.
What should I wear for my waxing appointment?
Please come in loose, comfortable clothing to allow the skin to breathe afterwards.
For basic/extended bikini waxes we recommend wearing underwear that you can move to where you want us to wax to. Older underwear is best in case of wax spillages.
For Hollywood and Brazilian waxing we will usually ask you to remove underwear for ease but please wear comfortable underwear for afterwards.
Lash Lift
How often can I have a lash lift?
We would recommend leaving at least 6 weeks between your lash lift treatments to avoid damaging your lashes.
Can I put makeup on after having a lash lift?
You can use face makeup after your treatment, but please avoid using mascara straight after. You will need to keep your lashes dry for at least 24hours after your treatment to prevent the curl dropping so please be aware of this when booking.
Lash Extensions
Will eyelash extensions suit me?
Yes… Eyelash extensions are so versatile that they literally suit everyone. A good lash artist tailors their work to suit their client, creating a different set for each person depending on their wants/needs. We now also stock brown lashes for a softer more natural look.
How can I make my extensions last longer?
Keep them clean! Avoid contact with any oils. Avoid makeup if possible. Don’t pick or pull at them.
Why are my extensions falling out?
It is normal for your lashes to shed. Pay attention to whether there is a natural lash attached or not. If there is, that’s normal. If not, it could be due to a number of factors. How well are you looking after your lashes? Are they clean? Do you wear makeup daily? Read here for more info… Contact your lash tech if you have any concerns.
Can I have extensions while pregnant?
Yes… It is safe to have eyelash extensions whilst pregnant. However, be aware that you will be lying down for some time which isn’t always comfortable in the later stages. Talk to your lash tech as they can offer comfort solutions and sometimes allow more time for bathroom breaks or moving around.
